Process Log 3/21 - 4/1

Goals from Last Week: I accomplished almost all of my goals from last week by fixing the issue I was having with non-GT classes. However I got to wrapped up in trying to remedy this issue and neglected to make as much progress on my presentation as I would have liked.

Mentor: I wasn't in much contact with my mentor this week as we had just had a meeting and I was working on fixing my product. I did email her however about adding my lessons to the educational resource page of the Texas Poison Control website so that teachers across the state can access it in the future.

Research/Product: This week I compiled the data from the non GT class to see if I would have to redo some activities. The results for this class showed an increase similar to that of the vanguard classes (from 13.76 to 48.72) but again, as the scores were lower overall I am planning to go back and provide alternate instructions for certain activities or further simplification so that these students will be able to get the same coverage.

Goals for Next week: My goals for next week are to get my product online so that it is available in the future and to finish editing my activities to make provisions for non-GT students.
